Carlos Rosales-Silva is an artist, organizer, and educator working and living between New York, NY and Texas. He received his BFA in Studio Art from University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts. Rosales-Silva’s work utilizes a variety of media to study the “space between borders” through vibrant sculptures, paintings, and installations. His work navigates the complexities of contemporary capitalist society in juxtaposition with his Mexican and Indigenous heritage.
